Code For New Orleans: An Open Forum for Ideas

This meetup is the kickoff for a reoccurring event held on the second Thursday of every month at the Launch Pad.  The outline will look something like this:

  • 6:30-7:00pm - Arrive, socialize, etc
  • 7:30-9:00pm  - Discuss any projects you are working on or projects that you would like help working on.  Then possibly break up and work on those projects. Since we're still getting organized, this meetup will mainly be a forum for ideas about our brigade.  We'll discuss some of the existing project ideas and give others and opportunity to discuss what they are working on or would like to work on.  I'm sure we will borrow some ideas from other brigades but ultimately we are the ones who will decide what Code for New Orleans will be and how our brigade will operate.  So come join and share your ideas!
